Van Camper. That's what I want to purchase when I get home. Van Camper. Doesn't need a toilet; doesn't need a TV; doesn't need a hot tub. It does need to keep out the rain, bugs, and small woodland creatures. Also, I like the mountains so the engine and transmission need to be working. Other than that, I'm good.
